Please note that all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Before making your purchase, please consider that our products may be coming directly from multiple sources, and are not housed in a singular warehouse. Each item originates from various producers, therefore you may receive multiple packages at different times if you are purchasing more than one item in your order.
We offer global shipping to our customers, utilizing a number of shipping companies including Chronopost, Correos, DHL and Fedex. Once your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email with the appropriate tracking number(s), once the items have been shipped.
Please keep in mind that we are often connecting with remote areas, or small villages, therefore delivery times will greatly vary. Please be patient with our partners as we all learn to embrace the idea of slower living.
Taxes & Duties
All prices are expressed in Euros, and do not include the cost of your country’s customs duties. All applicable duty fees and taxes upon arrival will be the responsibility of the customer.
Unfortunately we cannot estimate the exact cost from your local customs, as this is dependant on each country and each item you have ordered.
What To Expect…
Your package will possibly arrive in a somewhat unglamorous fashion, without any branding suggesting it is a Tajmi purchase. This is all part of the journey! We hope this experience feels as authentic as possible, as if you just went on a trip of your own and shipped something back to yourself that you bought at the local market. When you open it, we hope it arrives still carrying a faint scent of the country it came from. Enjoy all the sensations, madness, and energy it carries all the way over to your home.
Please note that we have photographed the products using natural light, trying our best to preserve the nature of its true colour, but we cannot guarantee that this will translate to your screens. Each mobile device, computer screen or Ipad will have a different colour calibration embedded within. If you have questions prior to purchasing an item, feel free to reach out anytime.
Whether the pieces we collect are new or vintage, be prepared for imperfections as they are all handmade. In fact, many items are chosen for their raw and imperfect nature.
With this said, we do understand that breakable items can become extremely damaged during transit. If this unfortunate event occurs, please feel free to reach out to us directly, and we will correct the situation to the best of our ability.
