Time to Make: Current weave time averages around 8-10 weeks. Rugs larger than 9' x 12' may take an additional 2 weeks. 

This rug was woven by a group of artisans who reside in a village just outside of Beni M'rirt, located within the Middle Atlas Mountains. 

Made of 100% wool, the varying caramel colours were dyed using a mixture of local plants. The traditional Beni M’rirt rug contains a thick knot which allows for these rugs to feel extra plush and cozy on your feet.

Each rug is made entirely by hand so there will always be small variations in pattern, colour and exact size (up to 10 cm / 4" variation) due to the organic nature of the materials but we strive to accurately capture the detail and colour so you know what you’re purchasing.
